The location of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by craggy hills in the middle of the desert. It was so peaceful and serene, a true oasis. The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the game drive was a highlight of our stay, getting up close to the resident cheetahs and learning about the conservation efforts in the area.

The maintenance and repairs of the hotel were lacking. We expected better cleanliness and functionality for the amount we paid.
